IUFRO Division 7, in conjunction with IUFRO Division 1, invites proposals for sessions for the 2027 Division 7 Conference, Global Partnerships and Sustainability, hosted at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.

We welcome proposals from IUFRO research groups, working parties, and individual members. Proposals addressing forest health topics within Division 7 are encouraged. We also welcome the participation of units from other IUFRO Divisions to encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration under the conference theme. Multidisciplinary sessions that connect forest health with broader ecological, social, management, or policy challenges are also encouraged.

Working Parties may also use this opportunity to propose dedicated meetings or sessions associated with the conference.

Deadline for session proposals: October 16, 2026

Applicants will be notified of decisions by November 15, 2026.

The call for individual abstracts will open November 20, 2026 and close December 31, 2026.
Abstract decisions will be communicated by January 31, 2027.
